I have several Tamagoyaki rectangular pans that I have accumulated over the years but I can safely say this is the best one in my collection. The steel is thicker than you usually find in a pan like this which means that the heat is well distributed over the surface of the pan. Takumi's Magma Plate coating lasts for years.
