Yakitori sauce
Yakitori sauce Here's the Yakitori sauce recipe that I used for my Yakitori recipe. It's dead easy to make (not to mention much cheaper than buying a branded sauce from the shops) and it has no additives, preservatives, stabilisers or any of the other stuff manufacturers put into their products to extend their shelf life. This sauce contains some chicken skin to give it a little oil which combined with the sugar helps the sauce "cling" when you brush it over your yakitori. If
