About the Recipe

You don't have to drink matcha the traditional way. Whenever I want a soothing pick-me-up, I make myself a matcha latte. So just follow the instructions below then take your matcha latte and your favourite book or magazine, snuggle somewhere warm and enjoy


1 tsp matcha powder

2 tbsp hot water

2-3 tsp sugar (according to your taste)

300ml milk


add the matcha powder to the hot water in a bowl and whisk well

put the milk & sugar in a small pan and warm up to just below boiling while whisking vigorously to create a froth

pour the matcha into a cup, then add the milk

decorate with some additional matcha powder if you wish
