Ingredients
260g cooked japanese rice
2 tbsp cooked sweetcorn
2 tsp white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
2 strips of nori (4cm x 12cm / 1.5 inch X 4.5 inch)
Preparation
put the rice, sweetcorn, sesame & salt in a bowl and
mix well (but avoid mashing the rice)
wet your hands to stop the rice from sticking
take half of the rice mixture and shape it into a flat, triangular ball (don't worry if it doesn't look right first time - just try it again!)
once, you have a nice triangular shape, wrap the nori around the onigiri
repeat for your second onigiri and you're done!
