Strawberry Matcha Latte

Here's a really delicious and healthy way to cool a fevered brow in the summer - my homemade Strawberry Matcha Latte. The ingredients are very simple - a few strawberries, a little matcha tea powder, some dairy milk (of a non-dairy alternative if you prefer) and some ice cubes. A little mixing, a little blending and you'll have a yummy, healthy cooling drink in about 5 minutes. My one tip to make your Strawberry Match Latte the very best it can be is to use a good quality matcha powder for the best possible flavour. My go to brand is Ippodo (一保堂)or Tujiri (辻利)Macha powder.
